DRUG REHABILITATION

WOMEN’S & YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

Women and youth empowerment focuses on providing opportunities, resources, and support to help women and young people achieve their full potential. This includes access to education, skill development, financial independence, leadership roles, and equal participation in decision-making processes. Empowering special disabled persons involves creating an inclusive society by removing barriers, promoting accessibility, and ensuring equal opportunities. It emphasizes providing support through education, employment, healthcare, and social services to help them lead independent and fulfilling lives. Both initiatives aim to foster equality, dignity, and self-reliance, contributing to the overall development of communities.

DISASTER MANAGEMENT

In times of crisis, Rahman Welfare Foundation responds swiftly and effectively through disaster management initiatives. Our commitment is to provide immediate relief, support, and rehabilitation to affected communities, ensuring a resilient recovery.

Rahman Welfare Foundation is guided by the visionary leadership of its Founder and Chief Executive, Dr. Saeed Rahman, a recognized social activist nominated by the Human Rights Protection Network and recipient of the Markhor Pride of Pakhtunkhwa Award 2025. Under his leadership, RWF continues to strengthen its strategic direction, focusing on sustainable development, effective resource mobilization, stakeholder engagement, and quality service delivery despite challenging political and economic environments.

Through community-driven initiatives, RWF has positively impacted the lives of women, children, persons with disabilities, minorities, widows, and other vulnerable communities. The Foundation’s healthcare centers, medical camps, rehabilitation programs, and educational initiatives have transformed lives—restoring health, enabling learning, and supporting recovery with dignity. These achievements are made possible through the trust and support of donors, partners, and communities.

Looking ahead, RWF aims to expand its reach and deepen its impact. Building on the success of the Community Health Center in Nowshera, future plans include establishing the Rahman Welfare Hospital, a 24/7 specialized facility for marginalized communities, including dedicated services for persons with disabilities, modern diagnostics, emergency care, ICU facilities, and ambulance services. With a clear vision for growth and global impact, RWF remains committed to serving humanity and creating a more inclusive, resilient future.

As the dedicated head of the PHC Gyne Department, she oversees women’s health initiatives. Also, her role as a member of the government MNCH program in KP reflects her commitment to maternal and child health, contributing significantly to community well-being.

Guiding Rahman Welfare Foundation with legal expertise, Mr. Riaz Khan advocate ensures ethical standards, navigates legal complexities, and fosters a legal framework supporting positive initiatives and community well-being.
