The main function of CFU is to ensure that there exists an efficient mechanism within RWF to handle beneficiary, staff and general stakeholder's complaints. In addition, CFU also manages feedback RWF receives from its stakeholders.
RWF is an accountable and transparent organization and greatly values complaints and feedback it receives from its different stakeholders. RWF strongly believes that people have right to make complaints to show any dissatisfaction and the same should well be accepted and responded in a friendly, timely and transparent manner.
